What are the set-up and dismantling times?
Set-up:
Friday, 17 Feb, 8am until Tuesday, 21 Feb, 6pm.
All vehicles must be removed from the halls by 6pm. Decoration work at the stand must be finished by 8pm.

Dismantling:
Sunday, 26 Feb, 6pm until Tuesday, 28 Feb, 6pm

What are the special features of my f.re.e 2012 exhibitor's pass?
Your exhibitor's pass gives you access to the fair from 9.00 am, which is earlier than the official opening times.
Please note: Your exhibitor pass does not entitle you to free use of all public transport in Munich.

How do I get to the New Munich Trade Fair Centre using a navigation system?
Depending on which navigation system you are using, the New Munich Trade Fair Centre and the International Congress Centre Munich (ICM) can be found under the keywords "Ausstellungsgelände", "Messezentrum" or "Messe".

Some navigation systems also allow you to select a specific entrance, i.e. "Eingang Ost" (East Entrance), "Eingang West" (West Entrance) or "Eingang Nord" (North Entrance). You can reach f.re.e via the East Entrance.

You can also enter the address "Am Messeturm 4".

Who can I contact regarding travel arrangements and visa?
In questions regarding travel and visas, our foreign representatives are at your disposal; they will assist you at any time with your travel arrangements.

Who can advertise in connection with f.re.e 2012?
All registered and officially admitted exhibitors at f.re.e 2012 can book advertising.

What are the advertising possibilities for exhibitors?
With your registration, you have already received the basic entry in the f.re.e 2012 list of exhibitors, the online database and the visitor information system as described in the application. Our catalogue publishing house will inform you in time of the possibilities for extending this entry, e.g. by booking individual product categories.

In addition, you have the possibility to book advertising space on the trade fair grounds during the fair. 

Can I use the WLAN at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre?
Yes, you can. All you need is a standard computer (with Win98, Win2000 or WinXP) and a WLAN Connect Card from the company M3 Connect GmbH, an official partner of Munich International Trade Fairs. You may purchase a WLAN Connect Card at any information counter at f.re.e.
